Aurum MegaMetals Corporation (AUMMF), an international distributor, and LEWIONICS (Lewes Global Ores and Minerals Trading FZCO) have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and initiated mutual due diligence.
The agreement marks the first legal step toward LEWIONICS joining the Aurum MegaMetals group. The proposed combination aims to strengthen and significantly expand Aurum MegaMetals’ physical metals inventory through LEWIONICS’ portfolio of high-purity and rare-earth metals, including 6N copper powder, nickel and gold products, and isotope materials.
The planned integration would leverage Aurum MegaMetals’ capabilities as an international distributor to support the global commercialization of the combined metals portfolio and strengthen the group’s physical asset backing.
